How do I apply for a library account?

Go to the library page of the WCCC website and click on the Apply for a Library Account button.

How can I renew my library account if it has expired?

Contact the library via chat, email or phone and we will be able to renew your library account for you.

What is the borrowing period for a book?

You can borrow a book for 3 weeks, and renew it once for an additional 2 weeks. After that, you might still be able to renew the book if there is no hold placed on it.

How do I download books from Cloud Library?

You first need to download the Cloud Libray app which is available free on either Apple or Android devices. Then you will need your library card number to login to Cloud Library. Once you've logged in you will be able to borrow e-books and audio books. WCCC patrons have priority when borrowing books that belong to the WCCC collection.

Can community members check out books from the library?

Community members can request a WCCC library card so that they are able to borrow books from our library or through inter-library loan (provided the library is not closed due to COVID or other restrictions).

What are books on reserve?

Some instructors ask the library to keep certain books or other resources as Course Reseves. Students can request these books and other material at the library reference desk. These course reserves can only be used withing the library. They cannot be checked out.
